1. Merge PDFs
Choose PDF files, then use the move buttons to arrange the selected documents. Check the page count, enter an output name and merge. Merging preserves original page dimensions, so the resulting PDF can contain mixed page sizes.
2. Capture or select photos
Open Scan / photo PDF and capture a document or select images. Photograph flat paper in good light. Rotate, manually crop and reorder pages. Move each of the four corners yourself to straighten and crop the document. Document corners are detected after capture and remain manually adjustable. Low contrast between paper and background may require manual adjustment. A desktop browser may open a file picker instead of a camera. After capture, the four-corner crop screen opens immediately. Choose Crop later to skip; use the crop button under the photo to edit again.
3. Paper and margins
Image size with zero margin matches each page to its image proportions. White background already in a photograph must be cropped away. A4 is 210 × 297 mm; Letter is 215.9 × 279.4 mm. With a fixed paper size, different image proportions can leave blank space even at zero margin because the entire image is fitted on the page.
4. Quality and download
Choose color or black & white (grayscale). At original resolution, color JPG/PNG files are embedded without recompression; cropped and grayscale results use lossless PNG to avoid further JPEG loss. Correction uses the actual photo resolution and cannot recover blurred text. Re-editing starts from the source photo. Corner correction supports photos up to 24 megapixels. Select standard quality or split the job if the file is too large. Download the result and open it to check legibility and page order. On iPhone, you can also open the PDF, choose Share, then Save to Files. Document B&W brightens paper and darkens text, with an adjustable Text darkness slider. Use color when photographs or colored stamps matter.
5. Keep a backup
My documents is browser storage, not a cloud backup. Clearing site data or browser storage cleanup may remove documents. On a shared device, remove saved documents and downloaded copies separately.
Extract text from photos (OCR)
After adding photos, choose Extract text (OCR). Select Korean, English, Simplified Chinese or Japanese, then recognize one page or all pages. Compare results with the original, edit, copy or save TXT. Photos are processed in the browser; only the recognition engine and language files are downloaded from this site. This does not add a searchable PDF layer or OCR an imported PDF. Split large jobs into smaller batches.
Edit PDF pages again
Choose Edit pages from My documents or the PDF preview. Select a page to preview, move it earlier or later, or enter a destination position. Delete one page, rotate 90 degrees or undo a change. Save edited PDF creates a new copy and keeps the original. Text is not rasterized. Signed PDFs cannot be edited; forms are flattened and bookmarks or attachments may not be preserved.
