The download does not work
Wait for PDF creation to finish and try opening the PDF. On iPhone, use Share → Save to Files. If you are using an in-app browser, open the site in Safari or Chrome. Check storage space and download permissions. Refreshing can discard unfinished photo work.
The camera does not open
The browser may offer a camera or a file picker. Check camera permission, or take a photo in your camera app and select it here. If HEIC is unreadable, convert to JPG or PNG.
Which PDFs can I merge?
Password-protected PDFs cannot be imported; PDFs with digital-signature fields cannot be merged. Form fields are flattened, and bookmarks or attachments may not survive. Keep original files.
What are the limits?
Import up to 15 PDFs at once, 100 MB per file and 200 MB total. Merge up to 500 pages. Select up to 80 photos and 200 MB per batch. The finished PDF must also be at most 100 MB.
Why are my documents missing on another device?
Documents are stored in this browser. They do not automatically sync, even when you use the same email elsewhere. Download the PDF and transfer it yourself.
